I can’t think of a better birthday treat that to cavort around on Coronado Island in a surrey with my wife and two of our friends. And, that’s exactly what we did this past Monday.
Is it Ben and Jerry or Michael and Bryan? Tonight Bryan and I stopped into Ben and Jerry’s for a little ice cream.

Today, David and I hiked House Mountain located in northeast Knox County. We enjoyed great conversation and were treated to vegetation and views quite uncommon for a park so close to a metropolitan area.

Tonight, Beth and I joined David and Hillary for dinner at the Sunspot Restaurant.
Forgive me if this sounds like part reflection, part infomercial, but this weekend I had the pleasure of moving my friend Ryan into his new house. During the move, I was introduced to the best moving tool I’ve ever seen: Two strips of nine feet, four inch long heavy duty cloth known as Forearm Forklifts.
