Why We Use Twitter

This morning I participated in a live presentation on Twitter given by Jose Castillo (@thinkjose). During his presentation, he posed the following question to his followers on Twitter: “Hey I’m talking with some folks about twiiter – please reply with why you use it or DM me – live presentation keep it clean people!”

Above is a screenshot of Jose’s Twitter feed that he received during his talk. Look at the top to see my response along with everyone else’s. You can see another screenshot of responses. According to Jose, this type of real-time feedback helped him create more Twitter converts.

This morning I found this flyer in my paper box, and since I’ve recently added many more local readers (aka Knoxville) to my blog, I thought I would help out my neighbors by posting it. Given the location of my office, I suspect that Neyland should be somewhere in the vicinity of Western Avenue and Ball Road in the Karns community.

Today I went outside to photograph one of Beth’s tulips using a new technique that I’m learning: High Dynamic Range Imaging (HDRI). To get started, I read this tutorial and used some software called Picturenaut.
