I was hoping to see a picture of Beth with a mouth full of muffin, crumbs on her lips and a big smile…but the muffins look good.

It warms my heart to see this! I will start by saying that I have been newly appointed to the position of marketing for The Lunchbox restaurants, being that I am on maternity leave…which is how I stumbled upon this page.
Before leaving, I was the baker at The Lunchbox’s central kitchen off of Cross Park Drive. To hear that your wife enjoys our pumpkin muffin recipe makes me very happy!
