With it being a slow photo day around the office, I thought this shot of La Jolla Bay might bring you some welcome relief from winter. This photo was taken back on February 22, 2002 when I was in San Diego on business.

Last night, Beth and I had Betty and Max over for dinner and a little birthday celebration. In the shot, Betty unwraps her present with Max and Beth posing behind her.
This is a very cheesy macaroni and cheese recipe for all of you cheese lovers out there!
Ingredients
4 cups cooked elbow macaroni, drained
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
4 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
